Terms of Service

1. Service Content

The Company provides language communication services including Chinese-Japanese interpretation, on-site communication support, online communication support, document explanation support and written-content checking support. Service details will be confirmed according to the date, location, time, number of people, materials, level of specialization and on-site situation provided by the user.

2. Service Boundaries

The services are not legal, administrative, medical, tax, accounting, real estate, visa application, employment placement, worker dispatch, tour guide or other agency services requiring special licenses. The Company does not make business, contract, medical, legal, administrative or investment decisions on behalf of the user.

3. No Guarantee of Results

The Company does not guarantee visas, residence status, bank account opening, screenings, contract signing, medical results, business negotiation results, completion of transactions, successful reservations, school admission or any other third-party decisions. Such results are determined by hospitals, banks, public authorities, schools, companies, business partners and relevant professionals.

4. Inquiry and Quotation

Users should provide accurate information as much as possible, including service date, time, location, service content, number of people, whether materials are available and urgency. The Company will confirm availability and reference fees based on the information provided. Final fees will be based on the details confirmed by both parties.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees may include service fees, transportation costs, long-distance travel surcharges, early-morning or late-night surcharges, weekend and holiday surcharges, urgent-request surcharges and material-checking fees. Payment method, payment deadline, receipt or invoice needs should be explained before reservation confirmation.

6. Schedule Changes and Cancellation

After a reservation is confirmed, changes to date, time or location, or cancellation by the user, may result in cancellation fees or actual expenses depending on preparation, transportation arrangements, staff reservation and timing of notice. Specific conditions will be explained according to each case at the time of reservation confirmation.

7. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is true, lawful and accurate. The Company is not responsible for results caused by incomplete or inaccurate information, last-minute changes, lateness, failure to bring required documents, refusal by third-party institutions or similar reasons attributable to the user or third parties.

8. Prohibited Matters

Users must not request the Company or interpreters to engage in illegal, improper or false statements, concealment of facts, forged documents, impersonation, signing on behalf of another person, decision-making on behalf of the user, coercive negotiation, harassment, threats or similar conduct. In such cases, the Company may refuse or suspend the service.

9. Materials and Confidentiality

The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep user materials and inquiry details confidential. However, information may be shared with interpreters, translators or necessary partners within the scope required to provide the service. Users should notify the Company in advance if highly confidential materials are involved.

10. Intellectual Property

Text, images, illustrations, designs, page structure and other content on this website belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, modification, forwarding, commercial use or secondary use is prohibited.

11. Disclaimer

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost opportunities or special damages arising from service delays, interruptions or inability to perform services due to natural disasters, transportation delays, communication failures, equipment problems, third-party institution reasons, user reasons or other circumstances not attributable to the Company.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company may revise these Terms according to laws and regulations, service content or operational needs. Revised terms will take effect after being published on this website.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In principle, any dispute arising from the service shall be subject to the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company as the agreed court of first instance.
